Salary & Benefits :
£22,000 + bonus potential

Your responsibilities.

  • Ensuring you provide excellent customer service you will provide information, guide through payment plans and handle appeals and complaints.
  • You will be required to effectively handle customer queries within the timelines set out by the business
  • Managing complaints effectively and escalating where necessary
  • Working to daily targets / KPIs

About you:

  • You will have worked in a customer service position previously, whether in an office or retail/hospitality
  • Confident, with clear communication skills and an aptitude for learning and retaining information
  • You are keen to work in a supportive closeknit team
