Your responsibilities.- Ensuring you provide excellent customer service you will provide information, guide through payment plans and handle appeals and complaints.
- You will be required to effectively handle customer queries within the timelines set out by the business
- Managing complaints effectively and escalating where necessary
- Working to daily targets / KPIs
About you:
- You will have worked in a customer service position previously, whether in an office or retail/hospitality
- Confident, with clear communication skills and an aptitude for learning and retaining information
- You are keen to work in a supportive closeknit team
