is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe with strong positions in its core markets as a specialist distributor of insulation and interiors products and as a merchant of roofing and exteriors products.

We are currently looking to recruit a
Stock/ Sales Admin to establish and maintain efficient relationships with both customers and suppliers on a daily basis.


What does the role involve?

As
Stock/ Sales Admin, you will be required to provide general office support for the team and provide excellent customer service to all customers.

Regularly engaging with internal and external stakeholders on a range of queries including POD's,stock levels, quotes and sharing samples to the sales team and external customers.

A key element of this role will be to handle guarantee and warranty requests from customers, this will include logging and following up on sales.


  • A proven track record of working within a fast moving, continually changing environment
  • To be well organised and efficient in order to manage merchandise, promotions and price lists in line with the suppliers and sales team
  • To have good data accuracy and attention to detail with good level of numeracy and IT skills
  • Previous internal sales support experience, purchasing / sales order processing experience would be desirable, as would GCSE Mathematics and English
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritise jobs are essential
