is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe with strong positions in its core markets as a specialist distributor of insulation and interiors products and as a merchant of roofing and exteriors products.

We are currently looking to recruit a
Stock/ Sales Admin to establish and maintain efficient relationships with both customers and suppliers on a daily basis.

What does the role involve?

As
Stock/ Sales Admin, you will be required to provide general office support for the team and provide excellent customer service to all customers.

Regularly engaging with internal and external stakeholders on a range of queries including POD's,stock levels, quotes and sharing samples to the sales team and external customers.

A key element of this role will be to handle guarantee and warranty requests from customers, this will include logging and following up on sales.

A proven track record of working within a fast moving, continually changing environment
To be well organised and efficient in order to manage merchandise, promotions and price lists in line with the suppliers and sales team
To have good data accuracy and attention to detail with good level of numeracy and IT skills
Previous internal sales support experience, purchasing / sales order processing experience would be desirable, as would GCSE Mathematics and English
Time management skills and ability to prioritise jobs are essential
