You're a people focused leader with a proven track record of successful multi-million pound project and programme management delivery.

Drawing from your portfolio of experience, you'll manage business change which will include technology, people and process elements. You'll use your expertise to establish best practices and build supported, high performing programme teams.

Personable and articulate, you'll interface effectively at a strategic level with senior stakeholders. You'll put your outcomes focused approach to good use, introducing programme disciplines and working collaboratively with the technology partner.


Whether from a consultancy or in-house background, you'll be the type of person who has an innate desire for continuous improvement, pro-actively business partnering and seeking to understand the changing needs of the business.

You'll see the bigger picture and relish finding the most effective and efficient solutions whilst mitigating risk.

You'll need:


  • To role model great leadership and embody the AQA values
  • Excellent engagement and communication skills across all levels of the business
  • A deep understanding of project and programme delivery and a track record of successfully directing mediumlarge, high risk programmes and projects, in a difficult regulated environment
  • To build trustworthy supplier relationships
  • A logical and structured mindset to untangle complex and ambiguous scenarios, problems, and information
