We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Therapy Specialist to deliver clinical education and training with a focus on the Med-Surg and general ward care setting.

(Smart Beds / Bedframes / Surfaces / SPH / FLC products)


The position requires a high level of clinical knowledge/practices and competence in the delivery and assessment of training and education to support the commercial teams in meeting business strategy and financial goals.


Location:

South East - Northampton / Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, Oxford, Reading, Salisbury, Bournemouth, London, Brighton, Kent (Field) minimum 4 days in the field.


Role Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

  • Act as the primary clinical educational and spokesperson on Baxter products and therapies. Responsible for developing clinical solutions to complex problems within the Med-Surg care setting
  • Assist marketing in the development, design, coordination and implementation of training programs and product / therapy usage guides for internal and external customers.
  • Develop customer partnerships to maximise effectiveness through educational programs on product utilization.
  • Work in collaboration with the sales team supporting product evaluations and product installations/implementations.
  • Coordinate product evaluations, complete data analysis and subsequent reports to gain customer commitment to enhance and grow sales.
  • Provide customer feedback to the marketing team and conduct customer needs analysis and develop tactics to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain a knowledge of competitor products, evidence and provide comparative clinical performance data to the marketing and sales team.
  • Support sales & marketing teams by providing clinical and professional expertise to internal and external customers.
  • Drive revenue opportunities through clinical roadshows and audit activity, recommending service or replacement where appropriate.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing is desirable but not essential will accept HCP/ OT / Physio.
  • Strong clinical background with the ability to demonstrate a high level of knowledge in the medical/surgical field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge required Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
