About the role

Are you passionate about nurturing the next generation of horticultural leaders?
At Myerscough College, we believe that hands-on experience is the key to cultivating future horticultural experts. That's why we're seeking a dedicated and dynamic Student Practical Co-ordinator to join our team.

Your duties will include:

Supervise trainees and students whilst undertaking the following duties, so that students gain a genuine practical experience.
Promote and adopt an innovative, collaborative and reflective approach for the planning and delivery of practical sessions to all learners, including those with SEND.
Encourage development of learner employability skills.
