At Myerscough College, we believe that hands-on experience is the key to cultivating future horticultural experts. That's why we're seeking a dedicated and dynamic Student Practical Co-ordinator to join our team.
Your duties will include:
- Supervise trainees and students whilst undertaking the following duties, so that students gain a genuine practical experience.
- Promote and adopt an innovative, collaborative and reflective approach for the planning and delivery of practical sessions to all learners, including those with SEND.
- Encourage development of learner employability skills.
