The 4* Penrallt Country House Hotel are looking for a really friendly and customer engaging bar tender who can check stock, refresh the bar, and serve gin and other cocktails as well as the usual drink offering.
Ideally you need to be trained as a barista.
Your role will be to greet customers and welcome them into the hotel in a polite and friendly manner, offering your assistance where required and having great energy behind the bar.
This is the social hub of the hotel and spring and summer suppers will be offered in here and in the terrace bar and conservatory.
Ideally we would like someone with a can do attitude that isn't afraid to learn new areas of the hotel such as answering the telephone if need be.
The more proactive the more we will invest in you.It is essential you have good computer knowledge as all orders are taken on a touch screen POS system.
A knowledge of wines, gins and how to make cocktails is really desirable for this role.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour
