About the role

As a HR Business Support, you work with the wider HR team and contribute to the deli very of hi gh -quality ser v ice acr oss all areas of Hu man Re s o urces, pr o vi di ng an o u tstan di ng ser vice a nd a d mi nistr ati ve su p p ort to t he busi ness.

Your role will be varied and will include general HR administration, monitoring the HR mailbox, advising staff on policies, and managing new starters and leaver paperwork.

There will be opportunities to get involved in HR projects including Talent Acquisition, Inductions and Rewards.

In terms of locations, our HR teams are based in Teddington, London and Bath and we are happy to offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

This role is available part-time, job-share or full time.

This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren't available full-time.

About you
You will already be working as either a HR Administrator or Coordinator and have experience across all wider HR functions (Generalist, Systems and Recruitment)

Ideally you will be mínimally qualified or working towards to CIPD Level 3.

You will be self-sufficient, proactive, and forward-thinking, as we'll give you lots of autonomy and responsibility, but also solid support.

Your organisational and time management skills mean that you will be comfortable managing multiple and competing priorities to ensure business deliverables are achieved.
