Basic salary - £25,000 + Commission

OTE £35, ,000 first year

Central Brighton Office

Monday to Thurs: 08:30 - 18:00, Friday 08:30 - 14:00

Role responsibilities can include

  • Developing new business opportunities through proactive client introduction and relationship management
  • Providing advice and guidance to small/midsize clinical research organisation on growth strategies and resourcing processes
  • Meeting and presenting to companies and exhibiting at industry conferences throughout Europe and occasionally the USA
  • Writing advertisements for job boards and LinkedIn
  • Managing multiple recruitment and interview processes
