Property One are seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our team as a General Maintenance Person. In this job role, you will be working closely with the management team.

Previous Experience

  • At least 2 years experience of working in a maintenance role.

Daily tasks will include:
Building Maintenance

Decorating

Investigate, resolve and complete all assigned property related repairs.

Procure all materials and spare parts required to complete outstanding repairs from suppliers.
