An additional annual allowance of £4,500 is payable to those with approved accountancy qualifications.

The Finance Business Partnering team is a small, friendly and dynamic team who provide support to all operational and corporate teams across the SFO.

The team's focus is on; influencing business outcomes, collaborating with managers to further operational & project goals, offering expert analysis and interpretation, presenting options to resolve problems and exploit opportunities, and developing financial understanding and informed decision making.

The Finance Business Partner role is an exciting fast paced role where you will provide guidance and support to the business including financial, management and costing information.

We are looking for someone who enjoys developing effective relationships with colleagues across the business, and who can work with colleagues at all levels, from administrators to heads of division.

This role exposes you to a broad range of duties, working at pace to support business areas and inform strategic and operational decisions.

You will be supported to gain a thorough understanding of the financial and management information systems and the business areas for which you have responsibility, ensuring that the finance function protects and adds value, matching resources to priorities and supporting the senior management team in the delivery of their duties.

The SFO is also currently in the process of implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning solution and you will have the opportunity to support its continued development, embedding new processes within the business, realising efficiencies and improvements in financial and management reporting.

Salary:
£37,514.00-£42,647.00 per year
