West London College is looking for an Hourly Paid ESOL Lecturer.

We are looking for an exceptional lecturer with a track record of consistently delivering high-quality teaching and learning to support our growth.

If you are driven, enthusiastic and committed to ensuring an outstanding experience for the learners we serve, we would love to hear from you.

They will also have excellent practice and understanding of equality and diversity as they will be working with learners from a wide range of backgrounds.

The post holder will be responsible for accurate record keeping and handling information with sensitivity and confidentiality. They will have experience of building and managing professional relationships with managers and staff throughout the College.
