Shifts available:
Typical shift patterns are 7am-3pm and 3pm-10pm, with some vacancies for overnights and school hours too. We ask for some evening and weekend availability.

What you'll do
Our care assistants are the extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients.

You will be responsible for responding to emergency discharges from hospital, assessing their needs to ensure they receive the right service and care to meet their needs.

Imagine a role where you are promoting people's independence on their return home from hospital.

You will be Supporting them to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, you'll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet, and support them with their medication.

You'll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
