THE ROLE:


We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude to fulfil the role of the Dedicated Services Supervisor.

This role would require managing a team of people who restock the offices to the highest standard as well as providing cover when necessary.

Another key responsibility will be troubleshooting any errors that are made in the delivery and restocking process.

The purpose of this role is primarily to support our Dedicated Services teams ensuring that the F&B programme is fulfilled as promised and that all of our clients' offices are beautifully presented.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Management and scheduling of current teams (day and night)
  • Conduct weekly scrum meeting with both teams (day and night)
  • Conducting thorough handover between the teams and acting quickly to resolveissues
  • Assisting and keeping up to date all employee HR administration
  • Conduct second interviews, responsible for training, L&D, performancemanagement, probation reviews, conflict resolution
  • Overseeing staff rotas and reporting for payroll
  • Absence request and approval, including holidays and sickness
  • Cover any absence or sickness that cannot be supported by the wider team
  • Conduct regular audits of clients' sites; ensuring the Dedicated Services teams are keeping all offices stocked as per the clients requirement inc. cleanliness across all work areas, kitchens, fridges, coffee machines etc
  • Raising any outstanding recurring issues to the Account Manager responsible for the client
  • Support with management of our ordering system, including placing orders as needed
  • Point of contact for internal communication
  • Physically strong and able to fulfil the DS role when necessary

SCHEDULE

  • Monday 5am
  • 1pm (start from home)


  • Tuesday

  • Friday 6am 2pm (flexible start to 8am if needed to cover on site)
  • 2 Sunday evenings per month (in lieu of Monday)

LOCATION

  • Flexibility between in city and remote working as required, must be able to get into the city within 1 hour of wherever you work unless agreed beforehand
  • 2 days per week minimum in the city Office quality checks only DS sites

Salary:
From £30,000.00 per year
