This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Estates Maintenance Assistant to join the new Estates Team of the Office of Police & Crime Commissioner West Mercia Police.

The main purpose of the role is to implement minor repairs and maintenance works across the estate. Additionally the post holder will be required to carry out routine maintenance/checks and respond to emergency repair requirements.

We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team and be able to prioritise and manage time effectively whilst working unsupervised.

Experience in building related work to include one or a number of the following:

Painting, decorating, roofing, plastering, tiling, flooring, joinery, masonry, basic plumbing, welding and general repair / maintenance work, or time served experience in one or a number of the above skills including general repair work.
