Are you an accomplished Hotel Manager / General Manager looking for a fantastic opportunity at amazing resort style property ?
Can you manage and motivate your team to deliver higher achievements and operational success.?
Are you currently managing a full-service Hotel and looking for your next assignment?

About you:

The ideal Manager will have experience in a multi-faceted property such as 100+ bedrooms, busy with function and events and Health Club and Spa.

You will be well-versed in every area of a full-service hotel operation including F&B, FOH, Revenue Management,Conference and Events.

You will be a proven leader who has the spirit and confidence to drive and motivate your HOD's and wider teams.

A minimum of 4 years in a similar Hotel management role and property type.
An expert in hotel operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Understands the demands of a busy multifaceted operation.
