Our clients are one of the market leading estate agents in North London and they are looking for a dynamic individual to join the growing, successful team.

They are seeking an ambitious experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our highly effective Crouch End team.

You will need to be energetic, driven, proactive, self-motivated and have the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

You should have 18 months previous experience working in an Estate Agency, as well as a good knowledge of the local area and a full UK driving license is essential.

Essential Skills:
Experience in residential estate agency.

Proven results in Lettings.

High level of customer service skills.

Good telephone manner and positive attitude.

Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated.

Excellent organisational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Have an in-depth understanding of the local market.

Full UK Driving License.
