Monday to Friday (09:00 to 5:00 & 10:00 to 6:00)

Salary £18,000 + up to 20% bonus

We're building an amazing team and we're looking for a friendly and bubbly Customer Service Advisor to support us on our journey.


They will accurately assess and manage all lending opportunities to establish initial qualification for loan in line with Company policies and procedures, whilst providing excellent customer service.

The job holder will be required to comply with the individual conduct rules and meet the Company's fit and proper standards, which will be assessed on a regular basis

What you will be working on:

  • Individual performance and contribution to achieve KPI's set by the business.
  • Owning individual performance and personal development.
  • Ensuring internal and external SLAs are met.
  • Accurately assessing credit worthiness ensuring the loan is always affordable.
  • Identifying any potential vulnerability indicators and follow company policy.
  • Managing appointments for the Sales Advisors.
  • Effectively and professionally communicating with the introducer network, responding to enquiries in a timely
- manner and resolving any queries or issues.

  • Maintaining a good level of knowledge of the relevant industry sector.

What we're looking for:


Essential:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a financial service regulated lending environment.
  • Good organisational and time management skills resulting in the ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • The ability to communicate with customers easily and effectively.
  • Good questioning and investigative techniques.
  • Strong computer literacy including working experience on Microsoft Office.
