Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Birmingham
Twenty4Seven Education are looking for a trainee recruitment consultant to join the Birmingham team.

We are a vibrant business looking for hard working, ambitious and forward-thinking individuals to join our team and support the culture moving forward.

Twenty4Seven works with the Education Sector where we place Teachers, TA's ,cover supervisors and any other education staff into Schools, whether that be Permanent or temporary, we offer our clients excellent customer service throughout.

Being a trainee recruitment consultant, you will be working as resource/ admin support to one of our consultants for the initial 6-12 months, during this time you will be comprehensively trained to become a recruitment consultant.

Your initial duties will include:

Posting job adverts on various job boards
Attending university fairs and network events

Recruitment Consultant additional duties:

Business Development through calls and meetings
Negotiating fees
Account managing clients
Building a reputation within the market

Requirements:

Strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Good level of education
Enthusiastic and highly motivated
Good organisational skills
Resilience
Hunger to learn
Prior sales experience is an advantage
Be able travel to and from our Birmingham office
