Are you a superstar at customer service and want to pass along your skills to people who are passionate about customer service? We have the role for you As our Customer Experience Coach, you will be responsible for providing our internal customers support with delivering a great customer experience training programme, along with our training provider you will create an exciting and energetic education environment to guarantee our colleagues will enjoy learning and leave with the skills they need to carry out their daily job.

You will ensure our teams onboard & ashore have the tools to be customer driven, not just product driven. People buy from people. Our customer's expectations are high. It is vital our organisation invests in our most important asset - our people.

By providing bespoke training to the team, you will be ensuring our customers enjoy every part of their travel on our vessels.


You'll be working closely with Steve, our Head of Customer Experience, facilitating feedback sessions to stakeholders where you will make sure our colleagues voice is shared to guarantee continuous improvement for our training sessions along with our products and services.

We can really guarantee that in this role you'll be working hard but having bucket loads of fun along the way - it really is a great opportunity to work with a fantastic line manager, and to ensure that we are delighting our customers.
