Role Summary
Here at Seashell we provide care and education for children and young people (up to 25 years old) with severe, profound and complex learning difficulties and disabilities, sensory impairment and communication disorders and autism.
We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join our Reception team, leading them to deliver an exceptional initial Seashell experience to all internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Line management and training of the reception team
- Support general administrative duties on behalf of the Facilities Department
- Initiating and handlining correspondence, sharing communications, maintenance of all relevant databases, spreadsheets and associated filing systems.
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Responding to requests in a discreet, confidential and professional manner
- To work flexibly as part of the Trust wide Administration Team to develop and support administration systems across the trust which ultimately allow the Trust to achieve its aims and objectives.
Requirements:
- Line management experience (desirable)
- Experience of dealing with a high volume of enquiries and requests
- Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team and working collaboratively with colleagues
