A multi-faceted events and communications agency, founded 10 years ago, and now serving a number of clients globally in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods, with 50 talent events and marketing professionals.

The business provides a full rangeof communications solutions from creative assets and branded programs to exhibitions, leadership meetings and both analog and digital communication platforms.

Last year over 1,000 people worked on projects with us, covering strategy, creative concept writing,campaign development and execution in print, web, video, art and graphics.

The company is going through a significant expansion phase with a corporate rebrand and several new team members joining in the coming months.

You will have managing digital projects at an agency for 5+ years and be able to walk through practical experience and project examples demonstrating your skill sets.

You will have demonstrated project management techniques and tools.

You will have workedin extended teams with full time and freelance/part-time members, as well as working with third party agencies.

Enthusiasm, energy and people skills are essential in this role as they sit in the middle of all the digital activity.

As a Sr.

Digital ProjectManager, you will be supporting the Digital team as well as Producers on the coordination of specific projects and communications programs requiring Digital content.

You will have good liaison skills that can be used when needing to push back on deadlines,timelines and prioritization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client objectives and develop project plans that deliver on those objectives while adhering to budget and timeline constraints
  • Effectively manage daytoday project activities, including but not limited to status updates, change requests, issue tracking/resolution, and quality assurance
  • Proactively identify risks and issues associated with assigned projects and work with relevant parties to mitigate and resolve those risks and issues
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of all project deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust messaging based on audience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Airtable, Jira, Trello, Basecamp, Asana,) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience managing website development projects
  • Partnering with colleagues and clients to gather and structure requirements and deliver project management solutions.
  • Problemsolving and managing issues to resolution stage, accurately recording faults and relaying progress to the digital lead
  • Partnering with team members to support content development, editing, writing, and designing content when needed
  • Showing you can put agile and waterfall plans in place that will benefit the various long term and short term projects in the digital team
  • Institute digital PM best practices across the digital team implementing new systems and practices to achieve total team objectives.
Skills and Experience

  • Have experience using Jira and Airtable (or similar systems) in a project management capacity.
  • Have a working understanding of digital skills and coding such as HTML, CMS, Javascript.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a highly creative clientfacing environment.
  • Ability to liaise with staff at all levels including senior staff.
  • Producing appropriate documentation in support of digital projects including project and resourcing plans, risk and issue logs, functional and technical specifications, and regular project / client and budget reports.
  • Be confident working alongside the technical team to specify and document new functional and technical solutions.
  • Have an excellent understanding of web projects and implementation methodologies.
  • Have a very good understanding and knowledge of web standards; Usability, compatibility issues, accessibility constraints and opportunities within the industry and the ability to draw on expertise to continually improve in this area.
  • Be able to demonstrate an informed opinion about the digital marketplace.
  • Inputting to and organising testing to guarantee quality of delivery to client.
  • Forward thinking, with an ability to innovate and leverage technology as it evolves.
