Key Responsibilities:

Lead a dedicated team of accounts receivables professionals, offering guidance, support, and nurturing a collaborative work atmosphere.
Supervise daytoday operations of the accounts receivables department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in invoice processing, collections, and reconciliations.
Establish and uphold best practices for accounts receivables processes, consistently seeking opportunities for enhancement.
Collaborate across departments, including finance and sales, to streamline processes and promptly resolve any issues.
Address escalated customer inquiries and disputes with professionalism and a customercentric mindset.
Produce regular reports and analyses to monitor receivables performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in accounts receivables/credit control, including supervisory experience within a small team.
Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and developing a team to achieve departmental objectives.
Willingness to take a handson approach to tasks, readily engaging in daytoday operations as required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Detailoriented, prioritising accuracy and efficiency in all work aspects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
