Description

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing client relationships.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Analyse customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
  • Assist customers with product information and pricing
  • Up sell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions

Skills:


  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to analyse customer needs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary:
From £24,586.52 per year
