Description
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
- Analyse customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
- Assist customers with product information and pricing
- Up sell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions
Skills:
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to analyse customer needs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Salary:
From £24,586.52 per year
