My client is viewed as an outstanding and forward-thinking boutique family law business providing clients from all backgrounds, including many HNW individuals, with expert family law assistance.

They are listed in the legal 500 (highest tier) and have grown significantly over the past few years, garnering numerous honours.

They are looking for a family solicitor/partner with experience and technical strength to join their team and help the divorce and finance team with their existing workload of high-calibre work as a result of their continuous growth and expansion.

The department has a regular flow of high-quality, already-completed divorce and finance work, so the successful family solicitor/partner will be able to join right away and rapidly access a sizable clientele.

You will be in charge of a variety of privately funded family law cases, such as divorce, separation, financial disputes, business/pension division in divorce, pre
- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and more.

The ideal applicant at senior associate level also has the chance to become a partner.
