We are looking for a Operations Assistant to join us at our client site in London.


Our client is one of the largest pedestrianised communities around, with modern offices, retail, food and drink outlets all in one place.

Alongside this are modern gardens giving the site a unique feel.


As an Operations Assistant you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

A typical day in the life as a Operations Assistant:

  • Provide operational support with a focus on scheduling, rosters, and Timegate management.
  • Maintain and update daily, weekly, and 16week forecasted rosters for all staff.
  • Handle shift rostering, resourcing, and shift allocation management.
  • Ensure no employee works more than 8 straight shifts without management approval.
  • Anticipate gaps and source cover in collaboration with DSM/TL and Area Supervisors.
  • Ensure no shifts are open under 10 days in advance, coordinating with Duty Security Manager (DSM).
  • Manage the bench team roster in accordance with DSM and Area Supervisors.
  • Act as the second line for quotes, procurement, ad hoc budget management for Property Managers.
  • Ensure manpower resilience is maintained at plus 10%.
  • Handle staff portal requests, including holidays and overtime request approvals/rejections.
  • Update Timegate to reflect holidays, forward rostering, and fill shifts.

  • Strong IT Skills with ability to use data to created reports and statistics. 365, Excel, powerpoint,
  • Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.
  • Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary.
  • Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance.
  • Possess demonstrable and proven experience using Timegate and scheduling a large workforce.
