We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic nursing associate to join our nursing team on Marlborough ward, where we pride ourselves on continually improving care for our Health care of the elderly patients.

The growing age of our population means that patients are coming to hospital with increasing frailty whilst requiring more medical intervention.

With our unique patient group at the forefront of our minds we aim to give the best care possible when they need it the most.

You will support in co-ordinating by delivering effective quality nursing care by assessing the needs, planning, implementing & evaluating the care for a group of patients.

You will be required to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.
