Job Title:
CAD Technician Civil 3D

Location:
Belfast (hybrid)

Salary:
£30,500 to £35,000


The Northern Ireland office has over 100 skilled professionals and has been well established delivering excellent services to the UK and ROI.

You will have the opportunity of a dynamic career and will be involved in high-profile projects across Planning,Engineering, Water, Waste, Transport, Project Management, and Environment projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of engineering drawings and modifications incorporating engineering comments
  • Assisting engineers in preparation of technical details
  • Preparation of preliminary, tender and contract documents and drawings
  • Working closely with project managers and engineers to ensure that designs meet specifications
  • Updating and maintaining project files and drawings
  • Communicating with clients and other stakeholders as required
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of CAD processes and standards

Requirements:


  • At least two plus years' experience with AutoCAD and similar packages
  • Suitable relevant experience of working in an engineering consultancy on infrastructure projects
  • Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Revit would be an advantage
  • Experience in reinforcement detailing would be an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
