Description

CSL Seqirus is looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Partner who will lead the recruiting efforts at the largest Vaccine site in the UK.

The Role

  • Translate needs (from talent reviews, business plans and growth strategies) into talent acquisition actions. implement global strategies, programs and tools to attract and select talent for all career levels
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership team to lead CSL's continuous improvement approach to talent acquisition, and optimization of talent research resources. Administer and communicate Talent Acquisition Goals.
  • Use CSL technology to manage job requisitions and applicant data and to automate the recruiting process with a defined workflow. Run and distribute metrics reports and status updates

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of business is required

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full lifecycle recruiting
  • Experience working in multiple recruiting environments (i.e., more than one organization or agency) with several job disciplines
  • Previous experience using a toptier applicant tracking system, Workday preferred
  • Recruiting experience up to the Manager level
  • A combination of internal and consulting or agency experience
  • Knowledge of local employment related laws required
  • Relationship management, targeted at hiring managers, senior leaders and HRBPs
  • Bigpicture thinking and to link talent acquisition strategies with multifaceted talent and pipeline needs
  • Subject Matter Expert presence with a high degree of credibility
The role is available as a 12 month fixed term contract
