Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
Salary:
£22,920.00-£25,202.00 per year
