As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and providing timely assistance.

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required

Salary:
£22,920.00-£25,202.00 per year
