Description
A leading national Wealth Management firm are looking to strengthen their Technical team by appointing a Paraplanning Head. Joining a core unit of five at present, you will be part of an established, successful team. The role will see oversight as well asactive involvement as required.


Role will include:

  • Management of existing team of paraplanners.
  • Workflow allocation and client liaison.
  • Undertaking staff reviews and onetoones.
  • Reviewing client portfolios in conjunction with advisers.
  • Undertaking market research to make the best possible recommendations.
  • Writing reports for clients based upon data from the adviser.
  • Training and development of new staff.
  • Attending meetings as required.
  • Studying to reach Diploma and Chartered level as required.
