Description
You will support the helpdesk function and management team, whilst providing an excellent level of customer service. You will be able to complete tasks accurately and prioritise your workload efficiently.Duties include:
- Supporting the Helpdesk in answering customer calls and entering data into our job management system.
- Scheduling engineers onto jobs and reconciliation of timesheets.
- Processing of supplier invoices and updating of purchase orders.
- Customer follow up regarding job updates, quote progress and chasing overdue invoices as required.
- Any other administrative tasks as directed.
The above part-time position is permanent working Wednesday, Thursday & Friday each week.

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
Salary:
£13,319.00-£22,000.00 per year
