Software Support Analyst


Responsibilities:


  • Providing remote technical support to clients on business management software systems, both desktop and mobile
  • Troubleshooting software issues and finding solutions to resolve them
  • Keeping accurate records of support interactions and customer information
  • Continuously updating technical knowledge and skills to remain current with industry trends
  • SQL database administration
  • Providing Technical assistance and training to existing customers
  • Desktop PC and Server installation, configuration and diagnosis as required

Requirements:


  • You must have a full driving licence and car for site visits
  • Previous experience within IT support is ideal but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • IT qualifications are desirable

The position offers a salary of up to £25,000 and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding company.
