Responsibilities include:

As part of the Business Support Team
Business System support monitor tickets of the business system support team member to support SLAs Testing
Support in testing new launches of all business systems to provide an additional layer of quality assurance to our deployments.

Training

Support in creation of training documentation and participate in training videos.
Support the Business System Manager in project management and scoping of new projects.
As needed SQL Support support basic requests such as quests, checking scheduled jobs and support on deployed SQL projects

Communication

Build strong relationships with the team champions to strengthen the shared passion for continuous improvement.
Scheduled meetings to review system's pain points
Surveys to gather feedback after launches
Building and sharing a project score card
Hybrid role the employee is expected to be in the office in Manchester UK at least 2 days a week. This is not a full remote role, and the role will not support relocations.

Must have:

Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
Knowledge of relational databases and experience with SQL.
Experience working within an IT Team or working on IT specific projects.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Experience supporting deployment of systems.
Experience with working with 3rd party partners.
Software Testing Coordination Experience.
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of ERP/Order Processing System or a typical order to invoice flow for a similar business
Working knowledge of point of sales, accounting software and/or taxing solutions
Experience conducting handon software testing
