BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Nationwide public service provider for a Residential Worker to be based within an all female hostel for recently released offenders in Bristol, BS16.

Main duties will include but are not limited too;

Delivering activities and skill sessions
Supervision and maintenance of discipline
Creating risk assessments
Exercising authority and reinforce boundaries with the residents where necessary.

This is a full-time role working on a shift pattern;
4, 12-hour shifts on and 4 shifts off, rotating 2 x 8:00am - 8:00pm and 2 x 8:00pm - 08:00am

This is a perm position,

Salary
- dependent on experience can offer between £24,520- £29,684 per annum (Including an additional unsocial hours allowance.
