Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • You will be responsible for negotiating the terms of a tenancy renewal with the Tenant and the Landlord.
  • Liaising with the Landlord and Tenant to negotiate any new levels of rent or other specific terms outside of our standard tenancy agreement.
  • Undertaking the associated administration and issuing the contract agreements.
  • Utilising our computerbased systems to ensure records are kept up to date.

Requirements:


Essential

  • Administrative experience is required.
  • Proactive "can do" attitude, with exceptional organisational skills and capable of working efficiently to specific deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly

Desirable

  • Previous experience in lettings would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided

Salary & Benefits


Basic salary circa £22,000-£24,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience, plus bonuses offering an
OTE of circa £25,000-£26,000 per annum.

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5:30pm, (no weekends)
