Paint Sprayer (Aerospace)

Location:
Barnoldswick

Salary:
Up to £25000
Tailor Made are excited to be recruiting for a leading engineering company in the Barnoldswick area. They are seeking an experience Paint sprayer to join their capable and passionate team of professionals.


You will be responsible for the efficient running of contracts and/or processes to schedule requirements, utilising available resources and to control daily operations within our Paint Facility.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all daily activities and monitoring are carried out as required
  • Completing all administrative procedures relating to paint area
  • Work to specific schedules
  • Actively promote Continuous Improvement
  • Working shifts and overtime if required
  • Encourage H, S & E issues and ensure good housekeeping in work area
  • Control and update Work-To Lists

Qualifications and experience

  • Must have experience/ knowledge in the Aerospace Industry
  • Minimum Level 2 Paint Spraying qualification
  • Must have operated HVLP equipment
  • NADCAP/ COSHH experience essential
  • Experience using two pack solvent and waterborne paint is essential
  • Application, Masking, Prepping and Polishing to a high
