Role - Administrator


Salary - £21,131


Hours - Full time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:30am - 17:00pm or 09:00am to 17:30pm, 37.5 hours per week.


Adecco are delighted to be recruiting for an organised and motivated Administrator to join our client based in North Sheffield, who are one of the leading operators in their field in the UK This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, friendly team in a busy and fast paced role where you will be providing customer service and administrative support to the sales team and direct to existing and new customers in relation to quotations and orders.


Key duties will include:


  • Supporting the daytoday administration of new quotations and orders
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential to ensure efficient processing and management of customer expectations.
  • Ensuring documentation is in place and accurate.
  • Communicating updates on expected delivery dates to customers

Key Skills include:


  • Computer Literate with good I.T. skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
