£11.16 per hour (PAYE)


Servoca Resourcing Solutions are looking for a Support Worker worker in Bournemouth for an 8 month long contract to start ASAP offering £11.16 per hour.


A social justice charity has launched CAS-2, a national service started by the Ministry of Justice to provide accommodation and support as an alternative to custody.


Skills:


  • Display knowledge of support planning and safeguarding.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults and those with complex needs.
  • Previous housing support experience.
  • Must have a clean driving license and access to a car.

Duties:


  • Provide flexible, hollistic and shortterm support to service users with an array of different support needs.
  • Give service users the opportunity to acheive their own accomodation.
  • Manage a caseload of service users in properties in Bournemouth.
  • Carry out property inspections and report repairs as soon as possible.
  • Can work from home in between property visits.
  • Meet regularly with manager and team to discuss complex cases.
  • Be needed to travel for training and meetings.
