Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
  • Monitor and record vital signs and health status of patients
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients Requirements:
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of dementia care, hospice care, and assisted living is a plus
  • Ability to administer medications accurately and safely
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
  • First aid certification is required (or willingness to obtain)

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.58 per hour

Expected hours: 33 per week


Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Night shift
