This role is a springboard role into working within a large commercial business & team, with massive career potential and further training.

We require someone with a passion for customer service and delivery, someone who can work under pressure at times along with a dedicated team ethic.


Roles & Responsibilities of our Key Account Support:

  • Administer the departments day to day requirements.
  • Communicate with customers, taking orders, and agreeing target pricing, working to the overall availability.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure cutomer requirments are met and customer service level achieved
  • Manage the endtoend process for each sales order received ensuring any amendments are communicated (internally and externally) and logged as appropriate, such as depot splits, case counts, quantity increase/decreased and branch plant changes.
  • Customer/ Consumer complaints, logging, trend analysis & reply as required.
  • Set up new Fcodes and amend information set up for existing Fcodes as required.
  • Support Account manager with other duties as required.
  • Experience of Microsoft packages particularly Excel
  • Have great attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication skills & confident speaking over the phone.
  • Team Player.
  • Be able to work using your own initiative.
  • Organisation and planning skills.
  • Have a "cando" proactive approach to work.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not essential as we will offer training and development.
