Description
Our client is looking to recruit an interim L&D Consultant for an initial 9 month fixed term contract.

This position can be predominantly be based working remotely with occasional days in the Ipswich office, so applicants need to be used to deliveringL&D initiatives virtually.

The current post holder is being internally seconded into a business critical role but will be available to transition the current initiatives.

The primary responsibility is to work in partnership with Leadership teams across the Group, understanding their needs, and designing learning programmes and solutions, including management development training which has a direct impact on enabling their teamsand people to grow.

Applicants should have expert knowledge of current leadership development training, models and tools and experience of coordinating and delivering training programmes to a variety of job levels.

Strong experience of using Training Needs Analysis, performanceconsulting and learning evaluation models at organisational level is essential.
