The team you will be a part of:

  • The Supply and Logistics team is responsible for keeping the appropriate levels of materials and/or stock supplies with the aim to maximize inventory control and company sales. Organizes deliveries to meet given deadlines and customer expectations. Supervises and tracks the flow of materials and products from suppliers throughout the organization.

This role in summary:


As a Logistics Planner, you are involved in all elements of the order management of trade orders through the supply chain process from placement, stock allocation & booking through to delivery creation, whilst providing excellent customer service.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Using SAP to process new orders, create deliveries and manage order banks.
  • Administrative duties
  • Maintenance & monitoring of back orders
  • Liaising with demand planning to drive availability for your orders
  • Communicating & providing feedback to the commercial account managers for your customer
  • Maintaining and ensuring specific KPI targets are met

Minimum requirements:


  • Driven, proactive and keen to learn
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Amazing time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred skills and experiences:


  • Previous experience with SAP
  • Excellent team player and interpersonal skills & able to work effectively with teams
  • Microsoft Excel and or Google Sheets experience
  • Can work as part of a team within office and independently at home
