£10.90 per hours + Bonus

Hours:

Either 16 or 21 hours per week
3 shift patterns to choose from
Works around school hours

As a Customer Service Advisor:

You will be speaking to customers daily
Helping them with any issues they may have and aiming to resolve as quickly as possible
Taking payments or setting up direct debits
Finding the correct product or service for the customer

Working towards KPI's

No sales targets
