You will have an excellent customer service attitude and good working practises with working outdoors and health and safety and will possess the ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.

Supported by the Grounds and Gardens Team Manager, as a Grounds Team Member you are responsible for:

Business:

  • The park grounds being of the highest quality and standards for our guests and owners. Grass Cutting and strimming experience desirable
  • Providing a safe and secure environment for all guests through the maintenance of the park.
  • Ensuring that all work areas are presented and managed to the highest level at all times.
  • Ensuring that all internal and statutory obligations are met.
  • Delivering the Lyons experience for our guests and owners through the upkeep of our beautiful grounds and gardens, contributing to guest and owner satisfaction.
  • Take a proactive approach to the Health and Safety of yourself, fellow team members and customers.
  • Driving licence advantageous

Guests:

  • Ensuring all owners and guests know who to go to, and are given a warm welcome and a first class service giving a positive and memorable Lyons experience.

Team:

  • Creating and supporting a 'sense of community' a real family spirit.
  • Have fun whilst working in a clean and inviting environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 10 months


Salary:
NLW per hour
