You will have an excellent customer service attitude and good working practises with working outdoors and health and safety and will possess the ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
Supported by the Grounds and Gardens Team Manager, as a Grounds Team Member you are responsible for:Business:
- The park grounds being of the highest quality and standards for our guests and owners. Grass Cutting and strimming experience desirable
- Providing a safe and secure environment for all guests through the maintenance of the park.
- Ensuring that all work areas are presented and managed to the highest level at all times.
- Ensuring that all internal and statutory obligations are met.
- Delivering the Lyons experience for our guests and owners through the upkeep of our beautiful grounds and gardens, contributing to guest and owner satisfaction.
- Take a proactive approach to the Health and Safety of yourself, fellow team members and customers.
- Driving licence advantageous
Guests:
- Ensuring all owners and guests know who to go to, and are given a warm welcome and a first class service giving a positive and memorable Lyons experience.
Team:
- Creating and supporting a 'sense of community' a real family spirit.
- Have fun whilst working in a clean and inviting environment.
Job Types:
