Insight Executive Group are working in partnership with an NHS organisation in North London who are looking to recruit a Project Manager to work in their Quality Improvement Team.

The role is a full-time permanent position and is paying up to £40,588 for the starting salary.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • supporting the QI (Quality Improvement) team in the delivery of a wide-scale transformation programme.
- managing administrative requirements within the QI team, including analysing and interpreting data
- the development of QI site programme through maintaining performance and monitoring reports at divisional levels
- supporting the governance arrangements across the QI programme including audit, patient codesign
- administering and support local team improvement meetings
- supporting and representing the QI team in a range of tasks such as typing up minutes, maintaining action logs, setting up meetings, facilitating meetings

The successful Project Manager will be able to demonstrate:

  • Project Management qualification (PRINCE 2 etc)
- significant demonstrable experience of working in the NHS in a junior management position or with project management experience
- experience of working effectively in teams Introducing new ways of working
- familiarity with business planning and preparation of business cases.
- experience of working in a project environment to support delivery of complex work through others
- experience of working on the creation of value in healthcare
