An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Swindon Community Health Services as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner or Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner.

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to utilise their transferable skills whilst increasing knowledge and skills in the management of acute medical presentations.
