My clients are currently looking for an experienced Area Mortgage Manager to look after one of the best-performing patches in the company.

They are looking for an individual to look after a patch including Worthing, Portsmouth, and the Isle of Wight.

This is a fabulous position where you will be running, coaching, and managing your team of Mortgage Advisors to achieve the desired business levels and beyond.

You will work alongside some of the top performers who are passionate about the company and worktirelessly to ensure their customers receive the best possible service at all times

Working hours:

5 days a week (Monday Friday)

The successful Area Mortgage Manager will be offered:

Basic Salary
£45,000
£50,000
OTE £85,000

To be considered for the Area Mortgage Manager role you must have:

Previous managerial experience within financial services
Ability to motivate and inspire others
Proven background in mortgage advice and sales
Excellent ability to build rapport
Exceptional communication skills
Problemsolving skills
Hardworking and focused
CEMAPqualified (or equivalent)

As an Area Mortgage Manager your role will involve:

Attendance at morning meetings so as to reinforce FS profile
Regular visits to and 1:1 meetings with Advisors to monitor performance and business quality
Liaising with Financial Services Sales Director and Residential Sales Operations Directors to ensure the maximisation of opportunities
Dealing with the initial resolution of complaints
Ensuring new Advisors are set up and integrated into their office environment
Working alongside new Advisors and by means of discussion, role play and demonstration, ensure they become fully operational in a timely manner
Perform 1st line compliance functions
Demonstrate the sales process
Be responsible for your own business productivity
