We are looking for a Marketing and Recruitment Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for marketing, recruitment and communications in the School of GeoSciences.
Through supporting key activities, you will gain insight into marketing and recruitment across the prospective and new student journey, as well as experience different ways of working.
The Opportunity:
You will support the team by helping with a range of administrative tasks such as responding to prospective student enquiries, helping with photo and video shoots, updating the website, and social media, undertaking database administration, as well as administrative support for virtual and on-campus events.
This is a great opportunity to join our dynamic team and develop your professional awareness by learning about a variety of communications and marketing processes.
Your skills and attributes for success
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing, in person and online to a variety of audiences
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness of our diverse society
- An ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Passionate about the student experience
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, etc.)
