Harnham are working with a well-known telecommunications company to find a data-driven Strategy Manager to bolster their team and give valuable strategic insights
THE ROLE
As a CRM Manager, you would work closely with senior stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities
In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Develop and implement the company's CRM strategy to drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Analyze customer data and segmentation to identify key customer groups and tailor campaigns accordingly
- Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and eCommerce, to ensure a cohesive CRM strategy
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to make informed decisions and optimize future campaigns
- Stay uptodate with the latest CRM trends and technologies to ensure the company is at the forefront of the industry
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful CRM Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and segmentation
- Proven experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and technologies
- Experience in a retail or ecommerce environment is preferred
THE BENEFITS
The successful CRM Manager will receive a salary of up to £6,000 as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
