Executive Assistant to CEO & Ad hoc Support to Leadership Team - Consumer Finance Business - Central London (Holborn) - Full-Time of Part-Time - Up to £40k


My client, whom I have placed 3 members of staff with is a medium sized Consumer Finance enterprise with links to the financial advice market.

They have circa 20 staff who are based in their Reading or London office, but some work remotely. Their Londonoffice are in the heart of the City of London.

They have a brilliant team of dynamic, driven, and consummate professionals who have built an outstanding reputation in their marketplace for holistic and consultative solutions to clients' needs.

My client providesfunding solutions to private individuals with major life events. The business has backing from a Private Equity firm and they have grown significantly over the past 18 months.

Following a successful entry into the B2B market the business is looking to upscale it's operations. The business has huge potential for growth with their target market exceeds £100m in value.

In order to capitalise upon this truly outstanding potentialthe CEO is going to undertaking some large-scale projects in 2023 and anticipates a very busy schedule.

Therefore, he is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with a financial services background to join his team.

The business works incredibly closelywith financial advisers and solicitors so if you have any exposure to supporting executives in any of these professions this would be highly advantageous.


  • Experienced Executive Assistant (EA)
  • London based role with some work from home
  • Background in Financial Services is essential
  • Experience working with executives from wealth management/consumer lending/litigation or similar is highly advantageous
  • Experience liaising at board level is advantageous
  • Complex diary management and travel arrangements (domestic)
  • Highly organised and an excellent communicator (written and spoken)
  • Booking all meetings and necessary appointments for the CEO
  • Excellent organisational and communicational skills
  • Providing a highquality of work, with a proactive attitude.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite, in particular Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. Experience with databases preferred.
  • Ad hoc office management duties
